    Hello Mr. Tainwala,
I bought 2 Samsonite suitcase covers Nov/2015 and they got very damaged after the 1st use, March/2016 (they are under a 2-yr warranty). Samsonite costumer assistance here in Brasil is appalling. Could you help me with this, please?

I bought a Samsonite PackBag on your french internet web site samsonite.fr for 140 euro expecting service and quality, looks like the customer service were not very helpful (neither kind) returning me back.
The zip of the bag broke within the 2 years garantee (one month before the end of the guarantee) but since I was busy I declared it one month after the end of the guarantee…
The customer client should have taken my case more seriously but let me down, I don’t see the point in buying such a famous brand and having nobody providing a good service at the back end…
I’ll be trying to reach you on some other contact addresse, in case this one doesn’t reach you.

    thanks for your help

    Hello mr Tainwala
Sorry about Thaís complain, butanta customer services on Brazil is terrible
    To Samsonite

I come to communicate that I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.
In February 2016 I got a backpack, which had the button on the front loose.
Since December I am trying to contact for the repair of this backpack with samsonite brazil, which occurred only at the end of January, when the company WBS came in contact and on January 23 came to remove the backpack.
As of today, February 16, I have received no contact, no opinion about the service.
Which makes me think that samsonite’s after sales service is not interested in keeping its consumers.
I request an answer to my complaint.
